超声检查在卵巢颗粒细胞瘤术前诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:观察卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的超声表现,进一步总结其特点,提高术前对此病的诊断水平。方法:收集2021年1月至2022年12月于浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院就诊,经手术病理确诊的35例卵巢颗粒细胞瘤患者的临床资料。分析临床资料,总结卵巢颗粒细胞瘤超声表现的特点。结果:35例患者均为单侧卵巢发病,其中左侧13例,右侧22例。本研究中卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的主要超声表现为边界清楚的均匀或不均匀的低回声实性包块及囊实性混合回声包块,内部回声呈中低不等,伴有多房分隔及大小不等的多个液性暗区。结论:卵巢颗粒细胞瘤的超声表现具有一定特点,结合雌激素水平及临床症状可以提高本病的术前诊断水平。Objective:To observe the ultrasonic manifestations of granulo sa cell tumor of ovary,further summarize its characteristics,and improve the preoperative diagnosis of this disease.Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with granulosa cell tumor of ovary diagnosed by operation and pathology were collected from January 2021 to December 2022 in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The clinical data were analyzed and the ultrasonic features of granulosa cell tumor of ovary were summarized.Results:All 35 patients had unilateral ovarian disease,including 13 on the left side and 22 on the right side.In this study,the main ultrasonic manifestations of ovarian granulosa cell tumor were well-defined,uniform or uneven low-echo solid mass and mixed cystic solid echomass,with medium-low internal echoes,multilocular separation and multiple liquid dark areas of varying sizes.Conclusion:The ultrasonic manifestations of granulosa cell tumor of ovary have certain characteristics.The preoperative diagnosis of granulosa cell tumor can be improved by combining estrogen level and clinical symptoms.
