三金片联合逍遥颗粒治疗湿热带下病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析三金片联合逍遥颗粒治疗湿热带下病的临床疗效。方法:采取回顾性分析方法,收集道真仡佬族苗族自治县妇幼保健院2020年12月至2022年12月期间住院部及门诊收治的确诊为湿热带下病的患者共104例,随机分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组。给予前者常规治疗,后者在常规治疗的基础上加用三金片与逍遥颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医证候积分、治疗期间的不良反应发生率及随访1个月的病情复发率。结果:(1)联合治疗组的临床总有效率为96.15%,显著高于常规治疗组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗前,两组的带下量多、阴部瘙痒、少腹疼痛、口腻积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组的带下量多、阴部瘙痒、少腹疼痛、口腻积分均较常规治疗组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗期间,联合治疗组的不良反应发生率为9.62%,与常规治疗组的7.69%相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)随访1个月,联合治疗组的病情复发率为5.77%,显著低于常规治疗组的17.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三金片联合逍遥颗粒治疗湿热带下病疗效显著,能改善患者的临床症状,预防病情复发,且不良反应少,安全性高,具有一定的临床应用和推广价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Sanjin tablets combined with Xiaoyao Granules in the treatment of diseases under humid heat zone.Methods:A total of 104 patients diagnosed with damp heat zone disease admitted to inpatient department and outpatient department of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were collected by retrospective analysis and randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group.The former was given conventional treatment,and the latter was treated with Sanjin tablets and Xiaoyao granules on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence rate after 1 month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The total clinical effective rate of combined treatment group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment group(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of more vaginal itching,less abdominal pain and mouth greasy between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was 9.62%,which was not statistically significant compared with 7.69%in the conventional treatment group(P>0.05).(4)After 1-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the combined treatment group was 5.77%,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group(17.31%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanjin Tablet combined with Xiaoyao Granule is effective in the treatment of humid and hot zone disease,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,prevent the recurrence of disease,and has less adverse reactions,high safety,and has cert
