摘　　要：通过分析1例患者围术期使用头孢呋辛预防感染期间,服用复方甘草口服溶液后发生双硫仑反应事件,探讨其发生机制、临床表现和相关药物反应,从而避免药源性双硫仑反应的发生,保障患者用药安全有效。By analyzing the occurrence of disulfiram reaction after taking compound licorice oral solution during the perioperative period of cefuroxime for infection prevention in a patient,the mechanism,clinical manifestations and reaction-related drugs were discussed,so as to avoid the occurrence of drug-induced disulfiram reaction and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in patients.
