摘　　要：文章从申请时间趋势、申请人的国家和地区分布、技术热点、同族专利这4个方面分析了全球制鞋机械领域的PCT专利申请情况;通过对比美国、意大利、德国、中国和日本在制鞋机械领域的PCT专利申请情况,揭示了中国在制鞋机械领域PCT专利申请中的优劣势,以期为我国制鞋机械企业的技术研发以及海外专利布局提供参考。In this review,the PCT patent applications in the field of shoes machinery in the worldwide were analyzed from 4aspects of time trend,countries/regional distribution of the applicants,technical hotspots,and patent families.The advantages and disadvantages of Chinese PCT patent applications in the field of shoes machinery were revealed by comparing and analyzing the PCT patent applications status in the field of shoes machinery in the United States,Italy,Germany,China and Japan,in order to provide reference for technical development and overseas patent layouts of Chinese shoes machinery enterprises.
