摘 要:电催化过滤膜分离是处理难降解有机废水的新兴技术之一,利用负压真空抽滤的方法制备了新型CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)复合过滤膜电极,并详细探究了CNT与Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)掺比、初始浓度、流速、电流密度和初始pH对CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)基复合膜连续径流式过滤降解罗丹明B(RhB)的影响.实验表明,在CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)掺杂比为10.0%,RhB初始浓度为20 mg/mL,流速为1.0 mL/min,电流密度为0.1 mA/cm 2的中性反应条件下,对RhB的降解效率均达到97.0%以上,且重复使用4次后没有明显下降.所制备的CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)基连续径流式过滤膜可以有效利用膜表面吸附作用与电化学降解之间的协同作用,为有机污染物的降解提供更多的固-液界面反应时间,从而有效提高电催化过滤膜的降解效率.Electrocatalytic filtration membrane separation is an emerging technology for treating refractory organic wastewater.In this paper,a new type of CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)composite filter membrane electrode was first prepared by the pressure vacuum filtration method.The effects of the ratio of CNT and Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X),initial concentration,flow rate,current density and initial pH on the degradation of Rhodamine B(Rh B)by CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)-based composite membrane continuous filtration membrane were explored in detail.Experiments showed that the degradation performance of the CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)composite membrane filtration was the best under the neutral reaction conditions of CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)doping ratio of 10.0%,RhB initial concentration of 20 mg/mL,the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and current density of 0.1 mA/cm 2.And the degradation efficiency of RhB coud be reached more than 97.0%.Moreover,there was no noticeable decline after repeated use for 4 times,showing good practical stability.The as-prepared CNT/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(X)-based continuous radial-flow filtration membrane can synergise membrane surface adsorption and electrochemical degradation.It provided more solid-liquid interface reaction time for the degradation of organic pollutants,thereby effectively improving the degradation efficiency of the electrocatalytic filter membrane.
