摘 要:为降低多目标决策中评价指标的权重单一赋值的不足,提出一种基于粗糙集理论和优劣解距离法的多目标决策方法.按照粗糙集理论中的属性重要度和属性依赖度分别计算评价指标的客观权重,并将其与二元对比法得到的指标主观权重进行合理的综合,得到评价指标的综合权重.在此基础上对系统各个设计方案的决策矩阵进行规范化,并将评价指标的综合权重赋予决策矩阵从而得到评价指标的规范化加权决策矩阵.应用优劣解距离法计算备选方案中最优和最劣设计方案,并计算各个设计方案与最优最劣方案的距离,继而计算出各个方案所对应的贴合度,从而决策出最优的设计方案.最后将其与层次分析法进行了对比,通过某数控机床制造企业的刀库换刀系统设计方案的决策案例验证了此方法的合理性和适用性.In order to reduce the deficiency of single assignment of evaluation index weight,a multi-objective decision-making method based on rough set theory and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution is proposed.According to the attribute importance and attribute dependency in the rough set theory,the objective weight of the evaluation index is calculated respectively,and it is properly integrated with the subjective weight of the evaluation index obtained by the binary contrast method to obtain the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index.On this basis,the decision matrix of each design scheme of the system is normalized,and the comprehensive weight of the evaluation index is assigned to the decision matrix to obtain the normalized weighted decision matrix of the evaluation index.The optimal design scheme and the worst design scheme among the alternatives are calculated by using the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,and the distance between each design scheme and the best and the worst design scheme is calculated,and then the corresponding fit degree of each scheme is calculated,so as to determine the optimal design scheme.Finally,it is compared with analytic hierarchy process and the rationality and practicability of this method are verified by the decision case of the design scheme of the tool change system of a NC machine tool manufacturing enterprise.
