摘 要:【目的】探究13年生枫香家系遗传变异,筛选出中林龄速生的优良枫香家系,为枫香遗传改良和丰产林营建提供参考。【方法】以60个13年生枫香家系的林分为材料,对其树高、胸径、枝下高、冠幅、叶长、叶宽、叶裂深7个生长性状进行测定和分析,筛选出优良家系。【结果】60个枫香家系的树高、胸径和冠幅的家系间存在极显著差异,叶长和叶裂深的家系间差异显著,而枝下高和叶宽的家系间差异不明显,结果进一步说明枫香家系间已产生丰富变异;家系遗传力变化范围为0.108 7~0.638 8,表型为中度遗传;从中选出的6个优良家系,中选家系的树高、胸径、枝下高、冠幅的现实增益分别为12.13%、13.62%、6.22%、10.16%,平均遗传增益达5.36%。【结论】枫香家系间存在丰富的遗传变异,选出的优良家系可为种子园营建、遗传改良及营林建设提供较好的种质材料。【Objective】To explore the genetic variation of 13a Liquidambar formosana families and screen out the excellent middle-aged families with the character of fast-growing,so as to provide reference for genetic improvement and forest construction of Liquidambar formosana.【Method】In this study,the 13a forests of 60 families of Liquidambar formosana were used as the research materials.the seven growth traits of H,DBH,Hub,Cw,Ll,Lw,Fd of Liquidambar formosana were investigated,to select excellent families.【Result】There were extremely significant differences in tree H,DBH,and Cw among the 60 families of Liquidambar formosana.The differences in Ll and Fd are significant among families,while the differences in Hub and Lw among families are not significant.The results further indicate that there had been abundant variations among the families of Liquidambar formosana.The results of the estimation of genetic parameters indicated that the family heritability of the seven growth traits ranged from 0.1087 to 0.6388,the phenotype was moderately inherited.The actual gains of H,DBH,Hub and Cw of the six selected excellent families were 12.13%,13.62%,6.22%and 10.16%,respectively,with an average genetic gain of 5.36%.【Conclusion】There were abundant genetic variation among the families of Liquidambar formosana,and the selected excellent families could provide better germplasm materials for seed orchard construction,genetic improvement and forest construction.
