摘  要:【目的】打孔注干防治松材线虫是一种有效的防控技术措施。应用“松线静”在广西梧州市和苍梧县开展打孔注干防控松材线虫成效的林间试验,以期为广西地区打孔注干防控松材线虫提供实践指导和参考。【方法】对已确认发生松材线虫病疫情松林小班周边的健康松树进行打孔注干作业。在注干作业后立即进行定时观测,测定药剂吸收所需时间;在注干作业完成当年10—11月进行防治成效的核查,确定防控效果。【结果】试验测定50 mL每瓶包装的“松线静”平均吸收时长为3.6 h;适宜作业时间为当年12月至翌年4月上旬,适宜作业日均温度低于25℃。【结论】防控成本约为疫木清理处置方式的1/3,林间成效较为显著。【Objective】Trunk injection has emerged as an effective approach for preventing and controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus.This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of trunk injection using“Songxianjing”in preventing and controlling Bursaphelenchus xylophilus through field experiments conducted in Wuzhou city and Cangwu county,Guangxi.The research objectives were to provide practical guidance and references for the prevention and control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus in Guangxi region using trunk injection.【Method】Trunk injection was performed on healthy pine trees in the vicinity of confirmed pine wilt disease outbreaks.Immediate timed observations were conducted post trunk injection to ascertain the absorption time of the administered chemical.Between October and November of the same year,a verification and inspection of the effectiveness of preventive and control measures were carried out subsequent to the completion of trunk injection.【Result】Based on experimental measurements,the average absorption duration of“Songxianjing”in each 50 mL bottle was determined to be 3.6 h.The optimal operational timeframe was identified as December to early April of the following year,with an average daily temperature below 25℃.【Conclusion】The control cost of pine wilt disease is estimated to be one-third that of quarantine wood disposal,demonstrating a significantly notable forest control efficacy.
