摘  要:石墨电极在电解铝生产中扮演着重要角色,而石墨电极成型是生产石墨电极的关键环节之一。为了提高石墨电极成型的精度和效率,设计一种基于S7-300 PLC的石墨电极成型自动控制系统。介绍了石墨电极在电解铝生产中的重要作用和石墨电极成型的工艺流程。分析了该自动控制系统的硬件和软件设计,包括PLC选型、输入输出模块的选择和编程。阐述了系统的自动控制原理和流程,并对系统的性能进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,该自动控制系统能够实现石墨电极成型的自动化、精确化控制,提高了生产效率和产品质量,具有实际应用价值。Graphite electrode plays an important role in the production of electrolytic aluminum,and graphite electrode forming is one of the key links in the production of graphite electrode.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of graphite electrode forming,this paper designs a graphite electrode forming automatic control system based on S7-300 PLC.Firstly,the important role of graphite electrode in the production of electrolytic aluminum and the process flow of graphite electrode forming are introduced.Then,the hardware and software design of this automatic control system is introduced in detail,including PLC selection,selection of input and output modules and programming.Then,the automatic control principle and process of the system are explained,and the performance of the system is experimentally verified.The experimental results show that the automatic control system can realize the automatic and precise control of graphite electrode forming,improve the production efficiency and product quality,and has practical application value.
