单根端钩型钢纤维在水泥净浆中的拉拔试验研究

摘  要:常规水泥基材料脆性明显,容易开裂,而通过掺加纤维可以改善其韧性并提高其抗开裂能力。其中,纤维和水泥基基体材料的黏结性能决定了其改善效果。将不同的单根端钩型钢纤维预埋在“狗骨头”构型的水泥净浆中,通过拉拔试验获得了试样的拉力-位移曲线和破坏情况,并分析了纤维直径和龄期对破坏模式、峰值拉力、平均黏结强度和等效黏结强度的影响。结果表明:试验中水泥净浆的抗拉强度,钢纤维和水泥净浆基体之间的峰值拉力以及平均黏结强度随着龄期的延长均呈现非单调增加的趋势,并在第3天达到最大值;钢纤维和水泥净浆基体之间的平均黏结强度和等效黏结强度随着钢纤维直径的增大而减小。Ordinary cement-based materials are brittle and easy to crack,but adding fiber can improve their toughness and crack resistance.The improvement effectiveness is determined by the adhesion between fiber and cement-based materials.A single end hook steel fiber was embedded in the dumbbell-shaped cement paste.Through the pullout test,the tension-displacement curves and failure modes were obtained.The effects of fiber diameters and curing age on failure mode,maximum pullout force,average bond strength and equivalent bond strength were analyzed.The experimental results show that the tensile strength of cement paste,the peak tensile forces between steel fiber and cement paste matrix,and the average bond strength all show a non-monotonic increase with the extension of curing age,and reach the maximum value on the third day.The average bond strength and equivalent bond strength between steel fiber and cement paste matrix decrease with the increase of steel fiber diameter.
