摘 要:采用水热法在掺杂氟的SnO_(2)导电玻璃(FTO)上生长α-Fe_(2)O_(3)光阳极薄膜,通过负载不同量的NiAl-LDH及Co(OH)_(2)双助催化剂,对α-Fe_(2)O_(3)的水分解性能进行改进。通过XRD,SEM和XPS对材料的结构进行表征,结果显示,Co(OH)_(2)/NiAl-LDH薄膜已成功制备,其在α-Fe_(2)O_(3)表面呈均匀分布的交联网状结构,该网状结构促进质子和反阴离子的快速转移,减少电解质溶液对α-Fe_(2)O_(3)的腐蚀。光电化学性能测试结果表明,在强碱性电解质溶液中,相比较于纯α-Fe_(2)O_(3)光阳极,[Co(OH)_(2)]_(1)/Ni_(3)Al-LDH/α-Fe_(2)O_(3)复合材料表现出较优的光电催化活性,光电流密度提高4倍,且在光照下的稳定性良好。α-Fe_(2)O_(3)photoanode film was grown on SnO_(2)conductive glass doped with fluorine(FTO)via hydrothermal method,which was modified with different amounts of NiAl-LDH and Co(OH)_(2)double cocatalysts to improve water decomposition performance ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3)photoanode.The materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and XPS.It was confirmed that the Co(OH)_(2)/NiAl-LDH films were successfully prepared with a uniformly distributed cross-linked network structure on the surface ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3)film,which facilitated the rapid transfer of protons and counter anions and reduced the influence of electrolyte solution on corrosion ofα-Fe_(2)O_(3).Compared to bareα-Fe_(2)O_(3)photoanode,the test results of photoelectrochemical performance indicated that the[Co(OH)_(2)]_(1)/Ni_(3)Al-LDH/α-Fe_(2)O_(3)composite materials showed better photoelectric catalytic activity in strong alkaline electrolyte solution.The photocurrent density was increased by 4 times and the stability was good under light irradiation.
