摘 要:以煤沥青和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为前驱体,经碳化和KOH活化法得到高比表面积活性炭材料(AC)。研究结果表明:AC石墨化程度较低,碳元素主要以无定形炭形式存在;当CMC添加量增加时,AC结构更松散,表面更粗糙,同时氧元素含量增加;AC的比表面积随CMC添加量增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势。当煤沥青与CMC质量比为2∶1时,AC_(2∶1)表现出最优电容性能,在电流密度5 A/g条件下比电容为200 F/g。此外,活性炭样品AC_(2∶1)表现出优异的循环稳定性,电极充放电10000次后质量比电容变化较小,容量保持率为98.6%。In this paper,using coal tar pitch and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as precursors,activated carbons(AC)with high specific surface area were prepared through carbonization and KOH activation process.The results showed that prepared AC presented as amorphous carbon with low degree of graphitization.As the content of CMC increased,the structure of prepared AC got looser and rough,and the oxygen content increased.The specific surface area of AC firstly increased and then decreased with increasing CMC content.When the weight ratio of coal tar pitch to CMC was 2∶1,the AC_(2∶1)exhibited the best electrochemical performance with a specific capacity of 200 F/g at 5 A/g.The sample AC_(2∶1)also showed excellent cycling stability as the specific capacity retention rate maintained 98.6%after 10000 cycles.
