摘  要:混凝土-聚苯板复合墙板克服了外墙外保温系统易产生脱落的缺点,对其力学性能的研究可为实际工程应用提供理论依据。文章研制了一种用于多层建筑的混凝土-聚苯板复合墙板,并通过8个轴心受压和6个偏心受压墙板试件试验,结合有限元分析,研究了在竖向荷载作用下墙板的破坏形态及承载力,分析了高厚比、偏心距对墙板承载力的影响,并推导出了墙板承载力计算公式。结果表明:所研制的混凝土-聚苯板复合墙板采用的特殊连接件及布置方式可准确固定钢丝网位置,同时可保证混凝土面层、聚苯板的整体工作;破坏位置位于试件的上、下端,破坏时试件端部局部混凝土面层被压碎,个别试件有混凝土面层外凸趋势;当墙板高厚比≤15时,对复合墙板的受力性能影响较小,而偏心距对墙板承载力则有显著影响;竖向荷载作用下面层混凝土压应力分布不均匀,计算承载力时应考虑0.82的不均匀系数;承载力公式计算值与有限元模拟值和试验结果均比较吻合。The concrete-polystyrene composite wall panel overcomes the shortcomings of the exterior wall insulation system that is prone to peeling,which the research on its mechanical properties can provide a theoretical basis for practical engineering applications.The article develops a concrete-polystyrene composite wall panel for multi-story buildings,through 8 axial and 6 eccentric compression specimens tests and combined with finite element analysis,the failure modes and bearing capacity of the composite wall panel under vertical load are studied.The influence of height-thickness ratio and eccentricity distance to the bearing capacity of the wall panel is analyzed.Moreover,the formula for calculating the bearing capacity of the wall panel is deduced.The results show that the special connectors and arrangement of the concrete-polystyrene composite wall panels can accurately fix the position of the wire mesh,and also can ensure the overall work of the concrete surface layer and the polystyrene panel;Damage typically occurs at the upper and lower ends of the specimens,causing concrete surface layer compression at the edges and a convexity tendency in individual specimens;When the height-thickness ratio of the wall panel is below 15,it has little effect on the bearing performance of the composite wall panels,while the eccentric distance significantly affects the wall panels load-bearing capacity.For load-bearing capacity calculations,it s crucial to consider the uneven distribution of compressive stress in the lower concrete layer,with an uneven coefficient of 0.82.Additionally,the calculated values of the load-bearing capacity formula and the simulation results closely align with experimental outcomes.
