摘 要:为提高火灾探测器检测和分类烟雾的能力,提出了一种能排除干扰颗粒的两发两收双波长光电式火灾烟雾探测方法。设计并实现了采用该方法的火灾探测器,使用波长为468 nm的蓝光与850 nm的红外光作为发射光源,利用蓝光接收管和红外光接收管接收的散色光强的差异,得到光学迷宫中气溶胶颗粒的粒径,区分正常烟雾与水蒸气干扰颗粒,降低火灾误报率。使用该方法设计的两发两收烟雾探测器的静态工作电流约1μA,平均工作电流为2.29μA。In order to improve the ability of fire detectors to detect and classify smoke,a dual-wavelength photoelectric fire-smoke detection method with two-launch tubes and two-receiving tubes that can eliminate interfering particles is proposed.The fire detector adopting this method is designed and implemented.It uses blue light with a wavelength of 468 nm and infrared light with a wavelength of 850 nm as the emitting light source,and uses the difference in the intensity of the scattered light received by the blue light receiving tube and the infrared light receiving tube to obtain the size of aerosol particle in the optical labyrinth,and distinguish normal smoke and water vapor interference particles to reduce the false alarm rate of fire.The static working current of the designed smoke detector with two-launch tubes and two-receiving tubes using this method is about 1μA,and its average working current is 2.29μA.
