基于Excel三相三线计量接线及判别仿真系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：本文将人工三相三线计量接线分析判别的流程和运算过程,通过Excel函数及条件格式组合应用,搭建分析判别仿真系统。该系统不仅支持144种标准配置的三相三线错误接线的任意训练,有助于电力营销人员进行线下技能培训实操,提升实际工作技能水平,而且支持外测数据输入的错误接线自动判别(包括仿真装置、现场实体计量装置的实测数据)。与实际结果对比,其判别过程及结果无需人工干预,且判断结果准确。In this paper,the process and operation of the analysis and judgment of the artificial three-phase and three-wire measurement wire are combined with Excel function and conditional format to build an analysis and judgment simulation system.The system not only supports 144 kinds of standard configuration of three phase three wire error wiring arbitrary training,help power marketing personnel to carry out offline skills training practical oper⁃ation,improve the actual work skill level,and support the external test data input error wiring automatic discrimi⁃nation(including simulation device,field physical measurement device measured data).Compared with the actual results,the identification process and results do not require manual intervention,and the judgment results are accu⁃rate.
