真空干燥箱校准方法的研究

摘　　要：目前,真空干燥箱未有相应的国家校准规范,校准时通常参照JJF 1101-2019校准规范,对其温度参数进行校准。由于真空干燥箱在内部真空的条件下,会改变内部的热传递方式,导致最终温场发生变化;同时,其与压力参数相关。因此,本文提出了温度偏差、温度波动度、温度均匀度、真空密封性的校准方法,对某国产真空干燥箱进行试验验证,并对温度偏差进行不确定度评定。AAt present,there is no corresponding national calibration specification for vacuum drying chambers,and its temperature parameters are usually calibrated with reference to the JJF 1101-2019 calibration specifica⁃tion.Because the vacuum drying box in the internal vacuum conditions,will change the internal heat transfer mode,resulting in changes in the final temperature field;At the same time,it is related to the pressure parameter.Therefore,this paper puts forward the calibration method of temperature deviation,temperature fluctuation,temperature uni⁃formity and vacuum sealing,and verifies the test of a domestic vacuum drying oven,and evaluates the uncertainty of temperature deviation.
