摘 要:随着步进电机在控制技术领域的广泛应用,对于自动化设备精确控制的要求越来越高,特别在家电、医疗仪器、自动雕刻机和监控系统等领域尤为突出,但对小步距微型步进电机角位移精确测量是一大难点。由于研发过程中,许多企业很难对其进行实时精确测量和统计,为产品改进和升级带来瓶颈,因此,笔者通过多年的检测工作实践,提出了小步距角的测试系统解决方案。With the wide application of stepper motor in the field of control technology,the requirements for accu⁃rate control of automation equipment are getting higher and higher,especially in the fields of home appliances,medical instruments,automatic engraving machines and monitoring systems,but the precise measurement of angu⁃lar displacement of small step micro-stepper motor is a big difficulty.Because in the process of research and devel⁃opment,many enterprises are difficult to carry out real-time accurate measurement and statistics,which brings bottlenecks for product improvement and upgrading,therefore,the author proposes a test system solution of small step Angle through years of testing practice.
