摘 要:随着汽车工业发展,人们对车身品质的要求越来越高。车身零件本身形状复杂,传统间隙面差三维公差标注方式需人工选择模型上所有的面差间隙面与对应三维公差标注关联,但会耗费大量的人力,且准确性低。本文基于UG二次开发技术,开发了一种间隙面差识别技术,能快速准确地识别汽车钣金件的间隙面、面差面、间隙面差中线,并提出算法优化方法,大大提高了产品设计的效率。With the development of the automobile industry,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of the body.The shape of the body part itself is complex,and the traditional 3D tolerance marking method of clearance surface difference needs to manually select all the difference clearance surface on the model to be associ⁃ated with the corresponding 3D tolerance marking,but it will consume a lot of manpower and have low accuracy.In this paper,based on UG secondary development technology,a gap surface difference identification technology is de⁃veloped,which can quickly and accurately identify the gap surface,difference surface,gap surface difference center line of automotive sheet metal parts,and put forward an algorithm optimization method,which greatly improves the efficiency of product design.
