摘　　要：校准和测量能力(CMC)是体现实验室对外提供校准服务能力和水平的重要参数。本文以实验室CNAS认可项目——5520A多功能校准源为测量标准,采用标准源法,对五位半数字多用表8808A交流电流示值误差进行不确定度评定;利用线性拟合法,快速准确地得到测量标准CMC函数表达式;以5520A在(33~330)mA量程范围为例,提出校准和测量能力(CMC)评定过程及注意事项。Calibration and measurement capability(CMC)is an important parameter that reflects the ability and level of calibration service provided by the laboratory.In this paper,CNAS approved project 5520A multi-function calibration source is used as the measurement standard,and the standard source method is used to evaluate the un⁃certainty of the error of the five-and-a-half digital multi-meter 8808A AC current indication.The linear fitting method is used to obtain the standard CMC function expression quickly and accurately.Taking 5520A in the range of(33~330)mA as an example,the evaluation process of calibration and measuring capability(CMC)and the precautions are presented.
