浅谈电视剧场演出项目责任制应用--以BRTV大剧院“中国广播电视颁奖晚会”为例

摘　　要：本文以“中国广播电视颁奖晚会”为例,从规范剧场的项目实施出发,探索将项目责任制的运营管理方式应用于电视剧场演出技术服务及日常管理,从而解决跨部门协作难题,实现标准化作业流程,确保节目安全生产及演出质量。Taking China Radio and Television Award Gala as an example,from standardizing the project implementation of the theater,this paper explores the application of the operation and management mode of project responsibility system to the technical service and daily management of TV theater performance,so as to solve the problem of inter-departmental cooperation.achieve standardized work processes to ensure program safety in production and performance quality.
