摘 要:袁家村铁矿超大型SAB碎磨工艺技术已成功应用十年左右,但由于铁矿石硬度高、嵌布粒度微细、磨机规格大,存在装补球制度与磨机给料粒度匹配性差、球荷不精确、各段磨矿产品粒度以及粒度组成不合理,钢球单耗及电耗高的难题。通过对袁家村铁矿高硬度高磨蚀铁矿石矿石性质研究,设计计算钢球优化方案,并进行方案的试验验证及工业实践,提高了磨机效率,降低了磨矿单耗和能耗,实现了超大型SAB流程高效磨矿技术的重大突破。The super-large SAB comminution process technology Yuanjiacun Iron Ore Mine has been successfully applied for about ten years,but due to the high hardness of iron ore,fine embedded particle size,and large mill specifications,there are problems such as poor matching between the ball charging and supplement system and the feed size of the mill,inaccurate ball loading,irrational particle size and composition of the grinding products of each section,and high unit consumption of steel balls and electricity consumption.Through the research on the nature of high hardness and high abrasive iron ore in Yuanjiacun Iron Ore Mine,the designing and calculating the steel ball optimisation scheme,and the experimental verification and industrial practice of the scheme,the efficiency of the mill has been improved and the unit consumption and energy consumption of the mill has been reduced,thus achieving a major breakthrough in efficient milling technology of the super-large SAB process.
