摘 要:内配碳是强化高配比赤铁矿球团焙烧性能的重要措施之一,可有效缓解磁铁矿的配比,降低对球团抗压强度产生的不利影响,但是对烟气污染物排放规律的影响仍有待研究。通过小型辅以扩大试验,研究内配碳类型及用量、配矿方案等因素对球团焙烧过程烟气中SO_(2)和NO_(X)排放规律的影响,结果表明:内配煤在球团生产中会增加烟气NOx和SO_(2)的排放。在固定的内配碳量下,球团内配烟煤相较无烟煤会使烟气中SO_(2)的排放量减少,NO_(X)的排放量增加。鉴于煤种类对球团抗压强度的影响及现阶段烟气中氮氧化物的处理成本和难度均要高于SO_(2)的现状,无烟煤较烟煤更适宜作为内配煤。Addition of carbon in the pellets is one of the important measures to strengthen the roasting performance of high ratio hematite pellets,which will help offset the negative effect on the firing performance of pellets due to a decrease in the magnetite proportion.However,the effect on emission level of SO_(2)and NO_(X)still need to be researched.Hence,in this paper,the effect of carbon-burden on emission level of SO_(2)and NO_(X)is studied by bench-scale combined with pilot test.The results show that the carbon-burden will increase the emission of SO_(X)and NO_(X)during the production of pellets.Under the condition of fixed carbon content in the pellets,compared with anthracite,addition of bituminite will decrease the emission of SO_(2)while increase that of NO_(X).Given the effect of coal types on compressive strength and the current situation of higher cost and greater difficulties of treatment for oxynitride than oxysulfide,anthracite is the better choice as the type of carbon-burden for the production of oxidized pellets than bituminite.
