摘　　要：目的 :构建轻度和中度老年失智患者的表达性艺术治疗方案,以期减轻其精神行为症状,缓解认知恶化。方法 :在课题团队前期构建的轻度认知障碍老年人创新表达认知干预方案基础上,采用焦点小组访谈法收集前期参与干预研究人员的建议和研究对象的特点与需求,结合文献分析,构建轻度和中度老年失智患者的表达性艺术治疗方案初稿;通过专家会议法论证并修订初稿,形成终版干预方案。结果 :纳入专家10名,专家权威系数为0.89,最终干预方案包括干预内容、干预流程、干预要素3个方面内容。结论 :构建的表达性艺术治疗方案科学、严谨、有针对性,适用于轻度和中度老年失智患者,可为轻度和中度老年失智患者的非药物干预提供参考。Objective:To develop an expressive art therapy for elderly patients with mild to moderate dementia,in order to reduce their mental and behavioral symptoms and alleviate cognitive decline.Methods:Based on the preliminary study of the research group,the expressive art therapy for elderly patients with mild to moderate dementia was developed by focus group interview and literature review,the final intervention plan was revised through experts meeting.Results:Totally 10 experts were included,the expert authority coefficient was 0.89.The final expressive art therapy for elderly patients with mild to moderate dementia included plan content,process,and intervention elements.Conclusion:The expressive art therapy scheme is scientific,rigorous and targeted,suitable for elderly patients with mild to moderate dementia,which can provide a reference for non-pharmacological intervention for elderly patients with mild to moderate dementia.
