摘　　要：功能锻炼是改善风湿免疫病患者炎性疼痛、躯体障碍和关节畸形的重要非药物治疗措施。文章介绍了虚拟现实技术在风湿免疫病康复护理中的应用进展,重点围绕虚拟现实技术的应用方法、评价和优缺点进行综述,为探索符合我国风湿免疫病现状的虚拟现实技术康复流程提供参考。Functional exercise is an important non drug treatment for improving inflammatory pain,physical disorders,and joint deformities in patients with Rheumatic Immune Diseases(RID).This paper introduces the application progress on Virtual Reality technology in rehabilitation nursing for patients with RID,focusing on the application methods,evaluation,advantages and disadvantages of Virtual Reality technology,so as to provide reference for exploring the Virtual Reality technology for rehabilitation process for patients with RID that matches the current situation in China.
