摘　　要：文章旨在研究重组猪EGF乳酸乳球菌对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道免疫和肠道微生物的影响,试验将120头仔猪随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪,其中对照组只饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组在基础日粮中添加10%、15%和30%的乳酸乳球菌试剂。试验结果表明,添加了乳酸乳球菌试剂的仔猪日增重比对照组提高了9%、19%、14%;仔猪对粗蛋白质、粗纤维等的消化率较对照组得到了显著提升(P<0.05)。同时乳酸乳球菌还降低了仔猪腹泻率,比对照组分别降低了47.2%、65%和51%。说明添加乳酸球菌的饲料能显著提高仔猪肠道内的益生菌,降低有害微生物,提高仔猪的肠道免疫能力。综上所述,在日粮中添加15%的乳酸乳球菌能提高仔猪生长性能和肠道免疫能力,降低仔猪肠道有害菌数量。The article aims to investigate the effects of recombinant porcine EGF lactococcus lactis on the growth performance,intestinal immunity,and gut microbiota of weaned piglets.In this experiment,120 weaned piglets were selected,and 120 piglets were randomly assigned to 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate,in which the control group was only fed with the basic diet.In addition to the basic diet,groups 1,2 and 3 needed to add 10%,15%and 30%Lactococcus lactis reagents to the feed.The results showed that,the daily gain of piglets added with Lactococcus lactis reagent increased by 9%,19%and 14%compared with the control group.Compared with the control group,the digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber in piglets was significantly improved(P<0.05).At the same time,Lactococcus lactis also significantly reduced the diarrhea rate of piglets,which was 47.2%、65%and 51%lower than that of the control group,respectively,which indicated that the feed added with Lactococcus lactis could significantly improve the probiotics in the intestines of piglets,reduce harmful microorganisms and improve the intestinal immunity of piglets.To sum up,adding 15%Lactococcus lactis to the diet can improve the growth performance of piglets,andIntestinal immunity,reducing the number of harmful bacteria in the intestines of piglets.
