日粮中添加硒对赛马骨骼肌中抗氧化酶基因表达和活性的影响

摘  要:文章旨在研究硒对赛马骨骼肌中抗氧化酶基因表达及活性的影响。试验将40匹4~6岁的良种赛马随机分成4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1匹赛马。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ在基础日粮中添加0.1 mg/kg硒,试验组Ⅱ在基础日粮中添加0.2 mg/kg硒,试验组Ⅲ在基础日粮中添加0.3 mg/kg硒,试验为期30 d。结果表明,在日粮中添加硒对赛马骨骼肌中的抗氧化酶基因GPx1、SOD、CAT表达水平均有显著影响(P<0.05);在抗氧化酶活性方面,试验组Ⅰ与对照组的GPx1、CAT活性无显著差异(P>0.05),两组SOD活性具有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组Ⅱ与对照组、试验组Ⅰ的GPx1、SOD、CAT活性均有显著差异(P<0.05),而与试验组Ⅲ的GPx1、SOD、CAT活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中添加硒能显著提高赛马骨骼肌中的抗氧化酶基因表达水平,且与硒含量成正比;在赛马日粮中添加硒对其骨骼肌抗氧化酶活性具有显著的积极作用,且添加0.2、0.3 mg/kg的硒效果最佳。The article aims to investigate the effect of selenium supplementation in diets on the expression and activity of antioxidant enzyme genes in the skeletal muscles of racehorses.40 elite race horses aged 4~6 years old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 replicates each,and 1 race horse per replicate.The control group was fed with a basic diet,experiment group was I added 0.1 mg/kg selenium to the basic diet,Experiment group II added 0.2 mg/kg selenium to the basic diet,and experiment group III added 0.3 mg/kg selenium to the basic diet.The experiment lasted for 30 days.The results showed that adding selenium to the diet had a significant effect on the expression level of antioxidant enzyme genes in the skeletal muscles of racehorses(P<0.05);In terms of antioxidant enzyme activity,there was no significant difference in GPx1 and CAT activities between experimental group I and control group(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in SOD activity between the two groups(P<0.05);There were significant differences in GPx1,SOD,and CAT activities between experimental group II,control group,and experimental group I(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in GPx1,SOD,and CAT activities between experimental group III and experimental group II(P>0.05).Research has shown that adding selenium to the diet can significantly increase the expression level of antioxidant enzyme genes in horse skeletal muscles,and is directly proportional to selenium content;Adding selenium to the horse racing diet has a significant positive effect on the antioxidant enzyme activity of its skeletal muscles,and adding 0.2mg/kg and 0.3mg/kg selenium has the best effect.
