摘　　要：文章旨在探究不同水平的板蓝根提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标及免疫机能影响。试验将80头健康的体重(20±0.5)kg“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪随机分为4组,每组20个重复,每个重复1头仔猪,在基础日粮中添加0(1组)、0.5%(2组)、1.0%(3组)、1.5%(4组)板蓝根提取物,预试验为10 d,试验期为60 d。结果表明:(1)试验3、4组平均日增重较1组比分别显著提高11.6%、10.1%(P<0.05),其料重比较1组比分别显著降低9.2%、7.3%(P<0.05);(2)试验3、4组血清中TP、GLB含量较1组分别显著提高16.4%、16.8%、21.3%、26.9%(P<0.05),其血清中AST、BUN含量较1组分别显著降低20.5%、22.0%、13.3%、11.3%(P<0.05)。(3)试验3、4组血清中IgA、IgG、IL-2含量较1组分别提高13.6%、12.7%、11.6%、12.5%、29.0%、21.9%(P<0.05),其血清中TNF-α含量较1组分别降低20.5%、21.8%(P<0.05)。综上所述,不同水平的板蓝根提取物可以提高仔猪的生长性能,改善血液生化水平,提高免疫机能,板蓝根提取物以1.0%的添加比例较适宜。The effect of isatis indigotica root extract on the growth performance,blood biochemical indicators,and immune function of piglets was investigated to investigate the effects of adding different levels of isatis indigotica root extract on the growth performance,blood biochemical indicators,and immune function of weaned piglets.This experiment selected a healthy weight of(20±0.5)kg“Du×long×large”80 three way hybrid weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 20 replicates in each group,1 piglet per repeat,and 0(group 1),0.5%(group 2),1.0%(group 3),and 1.5%(group 4)of Radix Isatidis extract were added to the basic diet.The pre experiment lasted for 10 days and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The average daily gain of groups 3 and 4 was significantly increased by 11.6%and 10.1%(P<0.05)compared to group 1,respectively.Their feed weight was significantly reduced by 9.2%and 7.3%(P<0.05)compared to group 1,respectively;(2)The levels of TP and GLB in the serum of groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased by 16.4%,16.8%,21.3%,and 26.9%(P<0.05)compared to group 1,respectively.The levels of AST and BUN in the serum were significantly reduced by 20.5%,22.0%,13.3%,and 11.3%(P<0.05)compared to group 1,respectively.(3).The levels of IgA,IgG,and IL-2 in the serum of groups 3 and 4 were 13.6%,12.7%,11.6%,12.5%,29.0%,and 21.9%higher than those of group 1(P<0.05),respectively.The levels of TNF-αin the serum were also increased Compared with group 1,the content decreased by 20.5%and 21.8%respectively(P<0.05).In summary,different levels of isatis indigotica root extract can improve piglet growth performance,improve blood biochemical levels,and enhance immune function.Adding 1.0%isatis indigotica root extract is more suitable.
