摘 要:本研究旨在探究杜仲提取物对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和营养成分的影响。试验将1200只200日龄产蛋率相近、健康状况良好的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。分别向基础饲料中添加0、100、200、400 g/t的杜仲提取物作为试验日粮。试验为期56 d,预饲期7 d,正试期49 d。日粮添加400 g/t的杜仲提取物可显著降低蛋鸡的软破蛋率和死亡率(P<0.05)、日粮中添加杜仲提取物对蛋鸡平均蛋重、平均日采食量、产蛋率和料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮添加200和400 g/t的杜仲提取物显著提高蛋壳强度和哈氏单位(P<0.05);日粮中添加杜仲提取物对蛋白高度、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色、哈氏单位、蛋形指数、蛋壳比例、蛋黄比例和蛋白比例无显著影响(P>0.05)。日粮添加杜仲提取物可显著提高鸡蛋粗蛋白质含量(P<0.05);显著降低鸡蛋总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量(P<0.05);对鸡蛋钙、磷、水分和卵磷脂含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。This study aims to investigate the effects of Eucommia ulmoides extract on the production performance,egg quality,and nutritional composition of laying hens.1200200 day old Hailan brown laying hens with similar laying rates and good health were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 50 chickens in each replicate.Add 0,100,200,and 400 g/ton of Eucommia ulmoides extract to the basic feed as the experimental diet.The experiment lasted for a total of 56 days,including 7 days of pre testing and 49 days of regular testing.Adding 400 g/ton of Eucommia ulmoides extract to the diet significantly reduced the soft break rate and mortality rate of laying hens(P<0.05).Adding Eucommia ulmoides extract to the diet had no significant effect on the average egg weight,average daily feed intake,egg production rate,and feed egg ratio of laying hens(P>0.05).Adding 200 and 400 g/ton of Eucommia ulmoides extract to the diet significantly increased eggshell strength and Hastelloy unit(P<0.05);The addition of Eucommia ulmoides extract to the diet did not significantly affect protein height,eggshell thickness,yolk color,Hastelli unit,egg shape index,eggshell ratio,yolk ratio,and protein ratio(P>0.05).The addition of Eucommia ulmoides extract to the diet significantly increased the crude protein content of eggs(P<0.05),reduced the total cholesterol and triglyceride content of eggs(P<0.05);There was no significant effect on the content of calcium,phosphorus,water,and lecithin in eggs(P>0.05).
