摘 要:文章旨在对比紫花苜蓿与青贮玉米对肉牛的饲喂效果。试验选取30头健康状况良好,体重为330 kg的肉牛,随机分为5组,每组6头。5组肉牛均采用相同精饲料饲喂,各组肉牛的粗饲料组成如下:100%青贮玉米(对照组)、100%紫花苜蓿(试验1组)、75%紫花苜蓿+25%青贮玉米(试验2组)、50%紫花苜蓿+50%青贮玉米(试验3组)、25%紫花苜蓿+75%青贮玉米(试验4组),试验为期180 d。结果表明,(1)试验2组肉牛末重、平均日增重显著高于对照组、试验4组(P<0.05),试验1、2组肉牛平均日采食量显著高于试验3、4组(P<0.05),试验2、3组肉牛料重比显著低于对照组、试验4组(P<0.05)。(2)试验1、2、3组胴体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验3组净肉重显著高于对照组、试验4组(P<0.05),试验3组屠宰率、净肉率、胴体产肉率、眼肌面积数值最高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)试验1组红度a*显著高于对照组(P<0.05),4组其他肉品质指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明75%紫花苜蓿+25%青贮玉米组合粗饲料能提高肉牛生长性能,50%紫花苜蓿+50%青贮玉米组合粗饲料能提高肉牛屠宰性能。The experiment aims to compare the effects of alfalfa and silage corn on beef cattle.Select 30 healthy beef cattle with a weight of around 330 kg and randomly divide them into 5 groups,with 6 cows in each group.All 5 groups of beef cattle were fed with the same concentrate feed.The crude feed composition of each group of beef cattle was as follows:100%silage corn(Control group),100%alfalfa(Experiment 1 group),75%alfalfa+25%silage corn(Experiment 2 group),50%alfalfa+50%silage corn(Experiment 3 group),and 25%alfalfa+75%silage corn(Experiment 4 group).The experiment lasted for 180 days.The results showed that,(1)The final weight and average daily gain of beef cattle in Experiment 2 were significantly higher than those in the control and Experiment 4 group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake of beef cattle in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 was significantly higher than those in Experiment 3 and Experiment 4(P<0.05).The feed weight ratio of beef cattle in Experiment 2 and Experiment 3 was significantly lower than that in the controland Experiment 4group(P<0.05).(2)The carcass weight of Experiment 1,Experiment 2,and Experiment 3 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the net meat weight of Experiment 3 was significantly higher than that of the controland Experiment 4 group(P<0.05).The slaughter rate,net meat rate,carcass meat production rate,and eye muscle area values of Experiment 3 were the highest,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(3)The redness a*of group 1 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in other meat quality indicators among the four groups(P>0.05).This indicates that the combination of 75%alfalfa and 25%silage corn roughage can improve the growth performance of beef cattle,while the combination of 50%alfalfa and 50%silage corn roughage can improve the slaughter performance of beef cattle.
