摘 要:为研究异质发酵型乳酸菌对全株玉米青贮饲料品质和饲用效果的影响,分2组处理全株玉米青贮,对照组为空白对照,试验组添加1.0×10^(11)CFU/g布氏乳杆菌LB 9-2,窖贮180d后开窖进行感官评定、实验室评定及饲喂试验。结果显示:相较于对照组,(1)感官评定,添加LB 9-2菌剂对青贮品质有一定的改善作用,饲料分级从良好提高到优秀等级。(2)发酵品质,试验组pH和乳酸含量降低了4.19%(P<0.01)、8.66%(P<0.05);乙酸含量和有氧稳定性提高了40.00%、93.31%(P<0.01);NH3-N含量提高了4.10%(P>0.05)。(3)营养指标,试验组蛋白质、纤维含量降低(P>0.05),其中粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)分别降低了0.49%、2.60%、4.64%;碳水化合物含量增加(P<0.05),其中淀粉、EE分别增加了10.81%、9.20%;矿物质元素含量均有显著(P<0.05)变化,其中K元素含量丰富,接种菌剂后含量增加25.93%;脂肪酸含量增加,其中C18:2增加了9.60%(P<0.05),C18:3增加了37.50%(P<0.01)。(4)营养成分消化率,试验组中性洗涤纤维消化率提高(P<0.01),12、24、48h NDFD分别提高了11.91%、8.26%、6.92%。(5)饲用效果,两组羔羊体重和采食量指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),但试验组青贮饲料羔羊喜食,总增重、日增重和日采食量分别提高了6.48%、6.58%、5.11%,料重比降低1.86%。综上表明,在全株玉米青贮饲料中添加1.0×10^(11)CFU/g异质发酵型乳酸菌布氏乳杆菌LB 9-2能有效提高青贮饲料的营养价值和饲用价值,可在生产中进行大面积示范推广。In order to study the effects of heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria on the product quality and feeding effect of whole crop corn silage,the control group was set as blank,and the experimental group was added with 1.0×10^(11) CFU/g Lactobacillus buchneri LB 9-2.After 180 days of storage,sensory evaluation,laboratory evaluationand feeding test were conducted.Compared with the control group:(1)Sensory evaluation showed that adding LB 9-2 bactericide had a certain improvement effect on silage quality,and the feed classification was improved from good to excellent.(2)Fermentation quality,pH and lactic acid content of experimental group were decreased by 4.19%(P<0.01)and 8.66%(P<0.05).Acetic acid content and aerobic stability were increased by 40.00%and 93.31%(P<0.01).Ammoniacal nitrogen content was increased by 4.10%(P>0.05).(3)Nutritional indexes,protein and fiber contents of experimental group were decreased(P>0.05),in which crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were decreased by 0.49%,2.60%and 4.64%respectively.Carbohydrate content was increased(P<0.05),starch and ether extract were increased by 10.81%and 9.20%respectively.The content of mineral elements increased or decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the content of potassium was abundantincreased by 25.93%.The content of organic acids increased,linoleic acid increased by 9.60%(P<0.05),linolenic acid increased by 37.50%(P<0.01).(4)Nutrient digestibility,neutral detergent fiber digestibility of experimental group was increased by 11.91%,8.26%and 6.92%at 12,24h and 48hrespectively(P<0.01).(5)Feeding effect,there were no significant differences in body weight and feed intake indexes between the two groups(P>0.05),but lambs liked to eat silage of experimental group,and total weight gain,daily gain and daily feed intake were increased by 6.48%,6.58%and 5.11%respectively,and the ratio of feed to gain was reduced by 1.86%.In conclusion,the supplementation of 1.0×10^(11) CFU/g Lactobacillus buchneri LB 9-2 which belongs to heterofermentativ
