摘  要:盐胁迫是影响植物生长发育的重要因素,为研究不同品种紫花苜蓿对盐胁迫生理生化响应的差异,筛选优质的抗逆性品种,本试验选择了20个不同品种的紫花苜蓿,研究0、100、200、300 mmol/L的NaCl溶液胁迫下种子的萌发及幼苗生长状况,通过发芽率、发芽势、部长、干重、鲜重等8项指标进行鉴定与评价。通过标准差赋予权重法,对20个苜蓿品种种子萌发耐盐碱性综合评价,结果表明:阿尔冈金为耐盐品种;前景、精英、北极熊均为敏盐品种。Salt stress is an important obstacle factor affecting plant growth and development,in order to study the difference of physiological and biochemical responses of different alfalfa varieties to salt stress,and screened the high quality varieties with stress resistance.In this study,20 different varieties of alfalfa were selected to study the seed germination and seedling growth under the stress of Nacl solution at the concentration of 0mmol/L,100mmol/L,200mmol/L and 300mmol/L and to identify and evaluate the seed germination rate,the germination,length,dry weight and fresh weight.The saltalkali tolerance of seeds of 20 alfalfa varieties was evaluated by standard deviation weighting method.The results showed that Algongin was salttolerantvarieties.Prospect,Elite and polar bear are all salt-sensitive varieties.
