摘　　要：偏远山区乡村振兴常面临“产业弱、资源散、治理乱”等困境,需要创新治理制度来破解。从制度逻辑的视角,选取河南省新县田铺大塆村为案例进行归纳式分析,展现各种治理制度在破解该村“好山好水好凄凉”问题而走向振兴中的作用,并在此基础上归纳偏远山区乡村振兴的治理路径。研究发现,偏远山区乡村振兴并不能依靠单一治理,党领导的国家治理、村民自治、宗族治理、互助治理、市场治理等的碰撞和融合共同促进了偏远山区乡村振兴,但其发挥的作用各异,可提炼为“启动靠政策”“管理依自治”“凝聚需宗亲”“壮大须互助”“持续唯市场”五大构念。因此,要以国家政策扶持为偏远山区乡村的关键激发因素;激发村民自治的创造力和活力;增强宗亲治理凝聚力与黏合度;探索以互助合作模式壮大乡村产业规模;以市场为导向推动偏远山区乡村内生性高质量发展。The revitalization of mountain villages is facing difficulties such as weak industries,scattered resources,and chaotic governance,which require innovative governance mechanism to solve.From the perspective of institutional logic,this paper selects Tianpu Dawan Village in Xinxian County,Henan Province as a case study to analyze the role of multi-governance mechanisms in the revitalization of the village.On this basis,the paper summarizes the governance path for mountain rural revitalization.The research finds that the revitalization of mountain villages cannot rely on single governance,but on five multi-governance mechanisms,namely:national governance led by CPC,villagers’autonomy,clan governance,mutual assistance governance,and market governance.These five governance mechanisms play different roles.It is necessary to use national policy as a key motivating factor for mountain villages,stimulate the creativity and vitality of villagers’autonomy.In addition,it needs to enhance the cohesion of clan governance,explore ways to expand the scale of rural industries through mutual assistance,and promote high-quality endogenous development guided by the market in mountain villages.
