国家级气温智能网格产品在湖南地区的可靠性评估

摘  要:以质量控制后湖南省范围内1505个地面自动气象站逐时气温观测数据为真值,应用经典统计学方法分析国家级气温智能网格产品CLDAS与自动站气温差异的时空变化特征,系统地评估2021年CLDAS实况产品小时气温(空间分辨率5 km×5 km)的可靠性。结果表明:CLDAS气温与自动站气温数据相关系数达到0.994,整体一致性高,但湘西地区相关性偏低;CLDAS气温与自动站气温数据平均偏差为-0.03℃,均方根误差、平均绝对误差分别为0.957℃、0.637℃,CLDAS气温在湖南区域偏差小,可靠性高;四季中春季偏差小,冬季偏差大,湘西地区偏差大于省内其他地区,且93.8%的气温站偏差小于1℃,气温偏差空间分布较均匀,而湖南西北地区冷偏差站点偏多;CLDAS在湖南区域适应性强,CLDAS气温与自动站气温数据差异日变化小于0.07℃,日间偏差小于夜间,春、夏、秋季偏差日变化较冬季平缓。Based on the hourly quality⁃controlled temperature observation data of 1505 surface automatic weather stations in Hunan Province,the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of the temperature difference between the national level temperature intelligent grid product CLDAS(Chinese land data assimilation system)and automatic stations are analyzed by means of classical statistical methods.The hourly temperature of the 2021 CLDAS live product is systematically evaluated with a spatial resolution of 5 km×5 km)reliability.The results show that:the correlation coefficient between CLDAS temperature and station temperature can reach 0.994.The overall consistency is high,but the consistency in western Hunan is relatively low.The mean deviation of CLDAS and station temperature is-0.03℃,and RMSE and MAE are 0.957℃and 0.637℃,respectively.CLDAS has small temperature error and high reliability.In the four seasons,there is a small deviation in spring and a large deviation in winter.The deviation in western Hunan is greater than that in other regions of the province,and 93.8%of temperature stations have a deviation of less than 1℃.The spatial distribution of temperature deviation is relatively uniform,and there are more cold deviation stations in northwestern Hunan;CLDAS has strong adaptability in the Hunan region.The daily variation of temperature data between CLDAS and automatic stations is less than 0.07℃,and the daytime deviation is less than that at night.The daily variation of deviation in spring,summer,and autumn is smoother than that in winter.
