摘 要:随着植入式医疗器械的广泛使用,尤其是脑机接口火爆一时,磁谐振式无线能量传输技术凭借在传输效率以及传输距离上的独特优势而被广泛应用。但磁谐振式无线能量传输技术在传播过程中需要借助磁耦合将发射侧的电能转化为高频磁场,其中产生的电磁辐射EMI问题将无法满足YY9706.102.2021等相关医用电磁兼容的标准。为此,文中通过对频率为13.56 MHz下无线能量传输技术和抑制EMI技术的相关文献进行充分研究,深入阐述植入式无线能量传输技术中EMI问题产生的根源和解决方式;并在此基础上创新性地应用扩频技术,显著抑制EMI的增益。其次,对抑制基频高次谐波的方法进行研究,并深入讨论如何使用小体积的共模电感替代大体积磁环来抑制EMI。文中创新性地将扩频技术和谐波抑制配合使用解决无线能量传输中的EMI问题,且不影响磁谐振式无线能量传输的效率和距离。With the widespread utilization of implantable medical devices,especially the surge in brain⁃machine interfaces,magnetic resonance wireless power transmission technology has been widely applied due to its unique advantages in transmission efficiency and distance.However,the electromagnetic radiation EMI(electromagnetic interference)issues introduced by the magnetic resonance wireless power transmission technology,which relies on magnetic coupling to convert transmitted electrical energy into a high⁃frequency magnetic field,cannot meet the standards for medical electromagnetic compatibility such as YY9706.102.2021.By means of the research on literature related to wireless power transmission technology at a frequency of 13.56 MHz and EMI suppression techniques,the root causes and solutions of EMI problems in implantable wireless energy transmission technology are deeply elaborated.Furthermore,the spread spectrum technology is innovatively used to significantly suppress EMI gain.The research on methods for suppressing high⁃frequency harmonics of the fundamental frequency is conducted and how to use small volume common mode inductors to replace large volume magnetic rings is discussed in depth to suppress EMI.The spread spectrum technology is combined with harmonic suppression to address EMI problems in wireless power transmission,without affecting the efficiency and distance of magnetic resonance wireless energy transmission.
