摘　　要：[研究目的]从用户角度审视情报与决策关系,探究关系失衡的原因,提出改善情报与决策关系的建议。[研究方法]运用基于文献的知识发现法,根据认知心理学和组织行为范式,比较不同因素对决策的塑造,剖析决策者对情报工作的影响。[研究结论]决策者在改善情报与决策关系中居于主导地位,决策者需树立正确的情报观,建立正确的情报与决策关系机制,纠治情报与决策关系中的痼疾,赋能情报工作。[Research purpose]This paper examines the relationship between intelligence and decision-making from the perspective of users,explores the causes of the unbalanced relationship,and proposes suggestions for improvement.[Research method]Based on cognitive psychology and organizational behavior paradigm,this paper uses literature-based knowledge discovery method,compares the effects of different factors in shaping decision-makers,and analyzes the influence of decision-makers on intelligence work.[Research conclusion]Considering the leading role of decision-makers in the improvement of the relationship,it is necessary for decision-makers to foster correct intelligence views,establish a correct mechanism for the relationship between intelligence and decision-making,reverse the chronic problems of the relationship,and empower intelligence.
