摘　　要：食品工业早已成为国民经济第一大支柱产业,以生物学为核心的生物科技产业也正在成为重要的战略性新兴产业和新的经济增长点。通过形成“一位导师、二个平台、三个年级、四种能力”的创新创业培养模式,并强化过程管理为以上模式的培养质量提供保障,显著提高了九江学院食品、生物类专业学生创新创业能力。这种模式在新建地方高校相关理工科专业中具有一定的借鉴作用和推广价值。The food industry had already become the largest pillar industry of the national economy,the biotechnology industry with biology as the core is also becoming an important strategic emerging industry and a new economic growth point.The innovation and entrepreneurship training mode of“one tutor,two platforms,three grades and four abilities”was formed,and the process management was strengthened to provide guarantee for the training quality of the above training mode,the innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students majoring in food and biology in Jiujiang University have been significantly improved.This model had certain reference and promotion value in the relevant science and engineering majors of newly-built local colleges.
