从国际纺机展看纺织器材创新与发展

摘　　要：为了促进纺织器材行业高质量发展,从纺织器材产品分类、国内外展商数量变化介绍近9届国际纺机展纺织器材制造企业参展概况,简述近5届国内外展商展出的纺纱器材新产品新技术;从原创技术、产品适应性、紧跟主机发展趋势及满足客户个性化需求方面,从提升产品精度、使用寿命和表面性能、实现节能减排与降本增效方面,从推动产业升级、加速行业自动化生产转型方面简述我国纺织器材的主要技术进步;从原材料、制造工艺、装备技术、表面处理及热处理技术快速发展,研发投入、技改投入与产品市场占有率快速提升,头部企业示范作用明显3方面探讨我国纺织器材在满足行业发展、替代进口与原始创新方面的突出成就;分析纺织器材技术标准体系,提出纺织器材专件技术创新点、热点与难点。指出:纺织器材产品质量、一致性、制造精度与可靠性对最终纺织品质量的提升作用重要;应持续加强基础理论研究,从原材料、工艺技术及自身智能制造方面着力提质增效;着重适应主机发展需求、适应纺织行业转型趋势,简化生产流程、减少能源消耗;加大培育、保护行业创新能力,形成更多比较优势和竞争优势。In order to promote the high-quality development of the textile accessories industry,exhibition overview of the textile accessories manufacturing enterprises in the recent nine sessions international textile machinery exhibition are introduced from the classification of textile accessories products and changes in the number of domestic and foreign exhibitors.The new products and technologies of spinning accessories exhibited by domestic and foreign exhibitors in the recent five sessions are described briefly.The main technical progress of textile accessories in China is described briefly from the original technology,product adaptability,keeping up with the development trend of the host and meeting the individual needs of customers,from improving product accuracy,service life and surface performance,achieving energy saving and emission reduction,cost reduction and efficiency increase,and from the promotion of industrial upgrading,accelerating the transformation of industrial automated production.The outstanding achievements of textile accessories in China about meeting the development of industry,replacing imports and original innovation are discussed from three aspects of the rapid development of raw materials,manufacturing process,equipment technology,surface treatment and heat treatment technology,the rapid increase in R&D investment,technical reform investment and product market share,and the obvious demonstration role of the head enterprise.The technical standard system of textile accessories is analyzed.The technical innovation points,hot spots and difficulties of textile accessories and parts are put forward.It is pointed out that the quality,consistency,manufacturing accuracy and reliability of textile accessories product are significant to the improvement of final quality of textiles.The basic theoretical research should be continuously strengthened.We should strive to improve the quality and efficiency from the aspects of raw materials,technology and intelligent manufacturing.It is necessary to focus on
