摘　　要：为了提升国产纱管制造质量,简述卷绕用纱管从以木质和纸质为主向塑料材质发展的历史沿革,详细分析基础工业进步、标准领先、结构优化、加工技术提升在纱管技术进步中的作用;总结纱管上下链协同及智能化发展趋势,并浅述塑料纱管使用中的注意事项。指出:国产纱管在原料、制造设备和工艺、结构设计、性能参数、使用功能等方面取得很大进步;智能纱管使纱管集卷绕、管纱质量数据承载以及质量信息追溯功能于一体,开启智能纺织器材产业的先河;做好上下游产业链协同、规范纱管使用,可促进纺纱质量和效率进一步提升。In order to improve the manufacturing quality of domestic yarn tube,the historical development of winding yarn tube from wood and paper to plastic material is briefly described,and the role of basic industry progress,leading standards,structural optimization and processing technology improvement in yarn tube technology progress is analyzed in detail.The development trend of up and down chain coordination and intelligence is summarized,and the matters needing attention in the use of plastic yarn tube is briefly described.It is pointed out that the domestic yarn tube has made great progress in raw materials,manufacturing equipment and technology,structural design,performance parameters,use functions and so on.The intelligent yarn tube integrates the functions of winding,yarn quality data carrying and quality information tracing,opening the first of its kind in the intelligent textile accessories industry.Doing a good job in the upstream and downstream industrial chain coordination and standardizing the use of yarn tube can promote the further improvement of spinning quality and efficiency.
