摘  要:为了解决现有环锭细纱机卷绕成形运动控制节点多,机械升降结构难以适应细纱长车、高速、自动化设备,导致数字化进程相对缓慢的问题,根据环锭细纱机卷绕锥形纱的成形要求,推导出钢领板和导纱板运动遵循的数学规律;详细分析环锭细纱机卷绕成形系统机械升降结构控制、电子升降结构控制和积极升降控制的工作原理及优缺点。指出:钢领板从机械升降到电子升降,再到积极升降,正逐步消除有级、近似、模糊的控制方法,实现无级、精确、数字化控制;环锭细纱机牵伸和加捻部分已实现了数字化控制,但卷绕成形系统数字化进程较为缓慢,做好基础研究,摒弃落后的控制方式,采用新技术,实现纺机成套设备在各个环节的数字化,才能推进纺织数字化进程。In order to solve the problem that there are many control nodes in the winding and forming motion of ring spinning frame,and the mechanical lifting structure is difficult to adapt to the spinning frame with thousands of spindles,high speed and automation equipment,resulting in relatively slow digital process,the mathematical laws followed by the movements of the ring bar and yarn guide are deduced according to the forming requirements of winding conical yarn of ring spinning frame.The working principle,advantages and disadvantages of mechanical lifting structure control,electronic lifting structure control and active lifting control in the winding and forming system of ring spinning frame are analyzed in detail.It is pointed out that from mechanical lifting to electronic lifting,and then to active lifting,the graded,approximate and fuzzy control methods are gradually eliminated,and stepless,accurate and digital control is realized of the ring bar.The drawing and twisting part of the ring spinning machine has realized digital control,but the digital process of the winding and forming system is relatively slow.We should do a good job in basic research,abandon backward control methods,adopt new technology,and realize the digitalization of the complete set of spinning machine equipment in each link to promote the digital process of textile.
