摘  要:为提高络筒机生产效率、降低能耗,介绍Autoconer 6型络筒机空气捻接器工作原理和调整方法;通过选择退捻气压、加捻气压、退捻时间代码、加捻时间代码、喂入手臂代码等,设计5因素4水平正交试验;采用捻接强力、捻接失败率及100 km捻粗节切纱来评价捻接质量,并借鉴模糊评价对试验结果综合评分,验证捻接参数对CJ 22.4 tex针织纱捻接质量的影响。结果表明:退捻气压为0.25 MPa、加捻气压为0.4 MPa、退捻时间为200 ms、加捻时间为240 ms、喂入手臂代码为64是最优捻接工艺设置;优化后的捻接工艺既能满足CJ 22.4 tex针织纱捻接质量要求,又有利于节能降耗、提高络筒机生产效率。In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the energy consumption of the winder,the working principle and adjustment method of the air splicer of the Autoconer 6 winder are introduced.By selecting untwisting pressure,twisting pressure,untwisting time code,twisting time code and feeding arm code,the orthogonal test of 5 factors and 4 levels is designed.The splicing strength,the failure rate of splicing and the splicing thickness cutting yarn in 100 km are used to evaluate the splicing quality.The influence of the splicing parameters on the splicing quality of CJ 22.4 tex knitting yarn is verified by using fuzzy evaluation to score the test results.The results show that the optimized splicing process settings are that the untwisting pressure is 0.25 MPa,the twisting pressure is 0.4 MPa,the untwisting time is 200 ms,the twisting time is 240 ms and the feeding arm code is 64.The optimized splicing process can not only meet the quality requirements of CJ 22.4 tex knitting yarn,but also help to save energy,reduce consumption and improve the production efficiency of winder.
