摘　　要：为提高托盘式自动络筒机的智能调度能力,介绍由电子标签、读写器和数据管理系统3部分组成的射频识别技术(RFID)系统及其工作原理;详细分析该系统在自动络筒机上应用时的数据处理方式,及管纱质量追踪、拔出报警管纱、实现1台络筒机纺多个品种等功能,且还具有准确启动单锭管纱降速功能、预测管纱输送通道堵塞情况等辅助功能。指出:带有无源环形电子标签的RFID系统最适合安装在托盘式自动络筒机输送管纱的托盘上,但囿于成本及技术成熟度问题,目前尚未在托盘式自动络筒机上得到广泛应用;今后应在降低硬件成本、1个读写器对应多个天线等问题上下功夫。In order to improve the intelligent scheduling ability of pallet automatic winder,the radio frequency identification(RFID)system which consists of electronic tag,reader and data management system and its working principle are introduced.The data processing mode of the system applied in the automatic winder is analyzed in detail,and the functions of yarn quality tracking,pulling out alarm yarn,spinning multiple varieties in one winder are realized.Besides,it also has the auxiliary functions of accurately starting the function of single spindle yarn slowing down and predicting the blockage of yarn conveying channel.It is pointed out that the RFID system with passive ring electronic tag is most suitable to be installed on the pallet conveying yarn of the pallet automatic winder,but due to the problems of cost and technical maturity,it has not been widely used in the pallet automatic winder at present.In the future,efforts should be made to reduce hardware costs,and solve the problem that one reader corresponds to multiple antennas.
