摘  要:为研究莫代尔与石墨烯莫代尔基(GMD)、粘胶基(GR)、锦纶基(GN)的可纺性,开发MD/GMD 85/159.8 tex,MD/GR 85/159.8 tex,MD/GN 85/159.8 tex混纺纱;详细介绍原料预处理、开清、梳棉、并条等各工序工艺配置及技术措施,对比分析3种混纺纱的成纱质量,检测可知:MD/GR 85/159.8 tex纱条干水平优于MD/GMD 85/159.8 tex纱,但强力较低;MD/GN 85/159.8 tex纱条干水平最差,断裂强力较低。指出:GMD,GR,GN分别与MD采用65/35的比例在清花槽里混和,再分别与MD在并条工序按照23∶77比例混合,原料混合不匀、色差大、布面纱疵多等问题改善;经过石墨烯改性,基体纤维性能发生部分改变,但大部分性能仍保留,要在不同工序采取不同优化设置;不同纤维性能不同,各工序工艺要有所不同。In order to study the spinnability of modal with GMD,GR and GN,the blended yarns of MD/GMD 85/159.8 tex,MD/GR 85/159.8 tex,MD/GN 85/159.8 tex are developed.The process configuration and technical measures of raw material pretreatment,opening and cleaning,carding and drawing are introduced in detail.The yarn quality of the three blended yarns is compared and analyzed.It is found that the evenness of MD/GR 85/159.8 tex yarn is superior to MD/GMD 85/159.8 tex yarn,but the strength is lower.The evenness of MD/GN 85/159.8 tex yarn is the worst,and the breaking strength is lower.It is pointed out that GMD,GR and GN are blended with MD in the blowing tank at the ratio of 65/35 respectively,and then blended with MD in the drawing process according to the ratio of 23∶77,which improved the problems of uneven blending of raw materials,large color difference and many fabric surface defects.After graphene modification,the properties of the matrix fiber are partially changed,but most of the properties are still retained,and different optimization settings should be adopted in different processes.The properties of different fibers are different,and the processes should be different.
