摘 要:为了解决用粘胶集聚纺细号纱织造稀薄织物时织前断头多的问题,对比集聚纺R 9.8 tex纱与同规格普通环锭纱的性能差异,分析其整经及浆纱工序存在问题及原因;以织造R 9.8×R 9.8354.0×330.5165.0产品为例,详述整经工序参数设置、注意事项,以及浆纱工序的浆料选择、浆纱工序工艺设置和浆纱要点等。指出:粘胶紧密纱强力低、易伸长,浆纱难度大,整经工序要确保张力均匀,浆纱工序需选用低粘浆料,不用或少用PVA,在上浆率适宜、回潮率偏大、适当加大退绕张力工艺下,可减小分绞阻力和毛羽增量,防止纱线脆断,大幅减少断头;优化工艺后,生产R 9.8×R 9.8354.0×330.5165.0的织机效率大于94%,台时断经降至0.9根,坯布质量满足要求。In order to solve the problem of many broken ends with viscose compact spun fine yarn to weave thin fabric before weaving,the performance difference between compact spun R 9.8 tex yarn and ordinary ring yarn of the same size is compared,the problems and reasons for warping and sizing process are analyzed.Taking the weaving R 9.8×R 9.8354.0×330.5165.0 product as an example,the parameter setting and precautions of the warping process,as well as the selection of slurry,sizing process setting and sizing points of the sizing process are described in detail.It is pointed out that viscose compact spun yarn has low strength,easy elongation,and high sizing difficulty.Therefore,the warping process should ensure uniform tension,and the sizing process should choose lowviscosity slurry,without or with a little PVA.With a suitable sizing rate,high moisture regain and proper increase of unwinding tension,the leasing resistance and hairiness increment can be reduced,the yarn brittle break can be prevented and the broken ends can be greatly reduced.After optimizing the process,the loom efficiency of R 9.8×R 9.8354.0×330.5165.0 is greater than 94%,the broken ends of per machine and per hour is reduced to 0.9,and the quality of grey cloth meets the requirements.
