摘  要:为了解决因剑头振幅较大,存在摩擦经纱及剑头运行稳定性差的缺陷,导致竹涤、细号尼龙等特殊纤维品种织造效率低、疵布率高的问题,介绍剑杆织机引纬系统的组成,分析剑轮、引纬剑带、剑带导轨、导剑轨固定块、剑头等存在的问题,并提出改造措施;通过对比无导剑钩织机与正常导剑钩织机织造状态,说明无导剑钩织机织造平均效率约为96%,10万纬经停和纬停显著减少,疵布率降低约19%。指出:经过改进,剑杆织机平均织造效率提升约2.58%,导剑钩的日常维护费用减少。In order to solve the defects of large vibration amplitude,friction warp and poor running stability of the rapier head,resulting in the problems of low weaving efficiency and high defect fabric rate of bamboo polyester,fine nylon and other special fibers.The composition of the weft insertion system of rapier loom is introduced,and the problems existing in rapier wheel,weft insertion rapier tape,rapier tape guide rail,fixed block of guide rapier rail and rapier head are analyzed,and the reform measures are put forward.By comparing the weaving state of the loom with no guided rapier hook and normally guided hook rapier,it is illustrated that the average weaving efficiency of the loom with no guided rapier hook is about 96%,number of the warp stop and weft stop of 100 thousand wefts are significantly reduced,and the defect fabric rate is reduced about 19%.It is pointed out that after transforming,the average weaving efficiency of rapier loom is improved by about 2.58%,and the daily maintenance cost of guide rapier hook is reduced.
