肿瘤生物标志物检验中化学发光免疫法的临床价值及检出率探讨

摘　　要：目的研究临床中运用化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中的临床价值,以及阳性检出率的各项情况。方法通过选择于本院收治的40例恶性肿瘤患者进行研究,将其设定为肿瘤组,然后再选择同一时期内的40名在我院进行健康检查的人员设定为健康组。两组均使用化学发光免疫法检测肿瘤标志物,记录并对比两组肿瘤标志物检测结果,主要是甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、铁蛋白、糖类抗原19-9,然后对比两组研究对象的标志物检测阳性率。结果肿瘤组在甲胎蛋白、癌胚抗原、铁蛋白、糖类抗原19-9检查结果和检测阳性率明显高于健康组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;肿瘤组患者的各项指标阳性率高于健康组的人员(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论化学发光免疫法在肿瘤生物标志物检验中具有较高的应用价值,具有操作简单的优势,并且检出率也非常的高,因此在临床中可以推广应用。Objective To study the clinical value of chemiluminescence immunization method in tumor biomarker test and the status of positive detection rate.Methods 40 malignant tumor patients were selected for the study,and another 40 patients during the same period were set as the health control group.Both groups were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay,and the tumor markers in the two groups were recorded and compared,which were mainly alpha fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic antigen,ferritin,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9.The positive rate of markers in the two groups were then compared.Results The tumor group was significantly higher than the healthy control group for alpha fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic antigen,ferritin,and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(P<0.05).Patients in tumor group had higher positive rates than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunodetection for tumor biomarkers is very effective,so it can be applied in clinical practices.
