摘　　要：为探讨艺术类研究生科学研究(简称科研)压力对抑郁的影响,并检验经验性回避的中介作用和认知情绪调节策略的调节作用,采用挑战性-阻碍性科研压力问卷、接纳与行动问卷、认知情绪调节问卷和PHQ-9抑郁症筛查量表,对301名艺术类研究生问卷调查。结果表明:(1)艺术类研究生科研压力与抑郁程度呈显著正相关;(2)经验性回避在科研压力和抑郁之间起中介作用;(3)认知情绪调节策略调节经验性回避对抑郁的影响,表现为当非适应性情绪调节策略水平较高时,经验性回避对抑郁的影响更显著。综合分析表明,艺术类研究生科研压力会通过引发经验性回避增加抑郁的风险,而非适应性情绪调节策略又会增强经验性回避对抑郁的影响。To explore the effects of research stress on depression for art graduate students and to examine the mediating role of experiential avoidance and the moderating role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies,301 art graduate students were surveyed by using the Challenging-Hindering Research Stress Questionnaire,Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition,the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire and Patient Health Questionnaire.The results showed that(1)research stress for art graduate students was significantly and positively related to depression level;that(2)experiential avoidance mediated the relationship between art graduate students'research stress and depression;that(3)cognitive emotion regulation strategies moderated the effect of experiential avoidance on depression,specifically,the effect of art graduate students'experiential avoidance on depression was stronger when the level of non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies was higher.The study suggested that research stress for art graduate students increased the risk of depression by triggering experiential avoidance,while non-adaptive emotion regulation strategies enhanced the effect of experiential avoidance on depression.
