摘　　要：从药用价值、食用价值与观赏价值方面分析了铁皮石斛叶的应用价值,综述了铁皮石斛叶的开发利用现状,以期为铁皮石斛叶进一步资源化利用、有益补充铁皮石斛产业、促进铁皮石斛全产业链的开发提供参考。The application value of Dendrobium officinale leaves from the aspects of medicinal value,edible value and ornamental value was analyzed,and summarized the current situation of development and utilization of Dendrobium officinale leaves,with a view to providing a reference for further resource utilization of Dendrobium officinale leaves,beneficial supplement to the Dendrobium officinale industry,and promote the development of the entire industrial chain of Dendrobium officinale.
