摘 要:“乳品化学”是乳品工程专业的基础核心课程,在工程教育专业认证背景下,秉持“学生为中心、成果导向(OBE)、持续改进”的教育理念,按照由教向学转变,由分数向能力转变,反向设计,正向施工,以评促改,提升质量的认证的核心理念实施方式,从修订教学大纲、丰富课程内容、改进教学方法、构建线上线下混合教学模式和完善考核评价体系等多维度进行改革探索,满足工程教育认证,推动专业人才培养质量的提升。以期为工程教育专业认证的课程教学改革提供参考。Dairy Chemistry is the basic core course of dairy engineering specialty.Under the background of engineering education accreditation,adhering to the educational concept of“student-centered,outcomes-based education(OBE),and continuous improvement”,the implementation mode of the core concept of accreditation was to transform from teaching to learning,from score to ability,reverse design,forward construction,promote improvement by evaluation,and improve quality,from revising the syllabus to enriching the course content.Improve teaching methods,construct online and offline mixed teaching mode,improve the assessment and evaluation system,and carry out multi-dimensional reform and exploration to meet the requirements of engineering education accreditation,so as to promote the improvement of professional talent training quality.This could provide a reference for the teaching reform of engineering education accreditation.
