球形填料对免喷涂ABS材料外观的影响

摘　　要：通过双螺杆熔融共混,采用注塑成型制备了免喷涂丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)材料,探究了二氧化钛、硫化锌和纳米球形铝粉三种球形填料对免喷涂ABS美学塑料的流痕缺陷、金属感、光泽度及颜色的影响。结果表明:三种球形填料对免喷涂ABS的流痕均有改善,相同添加量下,改善程度由强到弱依次为:钛白粉>球形铝粉>硫化锌。随填料用量增加,免喷涂ABS的流痕改善程度不断提高,但金属感也有不同程度下降,其中,整体而言,添加硫化锌的免喷涂ABS的金属感下降幅度相对最为缓慢。在当前用量范围内,填料对免喷涂ABS的光泽度影响不大,填料对制品光泽度的影响幅度明显小于填料对制品金属感的影响,这也进一步验证免喷涂制品的光泽度和金属感没有必然的正相关关系。此外,三种填料对免喷涂制品颜色的影响不同。综合来看,当复配硫化锌填料,且添加量为1%和1.5%时,免喷涂ABS的流痕等级≥3.5,金属感等级≥3.8,光泽度>91 GU,制品的流痕微弱,无其他明显缺陷,且金属感较强、光泽度高、综合外观良好。The spray-free acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic(ABS)materials were prepared by twin-screw melt blend and injection molding process.The effects of titanium dioxide,zinc sulfide,and nanospherical aluminum powder on the flow marks,metallic texture,surface gloss and color of spray-free ABS composites were explored.The results show that the three kinds of spherical fillers have improvement effect on the flow marks of spray-free ABS.At the same amount of addition,the order of improvement extent from strong to weak is:titanium dioxide,spherical aluminum powder and zinc sulfide.As the amount of filler increases,the improvement level of the flow marks on spray-free ABS increases accordingly,however,the metallic texture also decreases subsequently.On the whole,the decrease extent of metallic texture of spray-free ABS with the addition of zinc sulfide is the slowest relatively.Within the current dosage range,the fillers have little effect on the surface gloss of spray-free ABS.The influence of fillers on the surface gloss of products is significantly smaller than that metallic texture,which further verifies that there is no necessary positive correlation between the gloss and metallic texture of spray-free products.In addition,the three types of fillers have different effects on the color of spray-free products.Overall,when the content of zinc sulfide is 1%and 1.5%,the flow mark grade of spray-free ABS is≥3.5,the metallic texture grade is≥3.8,and the gloss is>91 GU,that is,the whole appearance of the spray-free product is good with weak flow mark,strong metallic texture and high gloss.
