摘  要:为了考察永久抗静电剂5505-5Y对高抗冲击聚苯乙烯(PS-HI)树脂抗静电改性的使用效果,使用5505-5Y作为抗静电助剂加入PS-HI树脂中,通过平行异向双螺杆挤出熔融共混制备了永久抗静电PS-HI复合材料,分别考察了抗静电剂5505-5Y含量对抗静电PS-HI复合材料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度、表面电阻率、体积电阻率、熔体流动速率、结晶温度的影响。实验结果表明:PS-HI/永久抗静电剂5505-5Y复合材料的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度都随抗静电剂加入量的增加而降低,强度最低值分别为25.7 MPa和5.85 kJ/m^(2)。断裂伸长率随抗静电剂加入量的增加先增加后降低;表面电阻率和体积电阻率都随抗静电剂加入量的增加而降低,当抗静电剂用量达到25%时,表面电阻率和体积电阻率都达到最低值,分别是8.0×10^(7)Ω,9.2×10^(8)Ω·cm,抗静电逾渗阈值为15%;熔体流动速率(MFR)随着抗静电剂用量的增加而增加,抗静电剂用量为25%时,PS-HI复合材料的MFR是8.44 g/10 min,MFR增加了74.4%,结晶温度不随抗静电剂加入量的增加而变化。In order to investigate the effect of permanent antistatic agent 5505-5Y on the antistatic modification of high impact polystyrene(PS-HI)resin,5505-5Y was added into PS-HI resin as an antistatic agent and permanent antistatic polystyrene composites were prepared by parallel-oriented twin screw extruder.The effects of antistatic agent 5505-5Y content on tensile strength,elongation at break,notch impact strength,surface resistivity,volume resistivity,melt flow index and crystallization temperature of antistatic polystyrene composites were investigated.The experimental results show that the tensile strength and notched impact strength of PS-HI/antistatic agent 5505-5Y composites decrease with the increase of the amount of antistatic agent,and the minimum strength values were 25.7 MPa and 5.85 kJ/m^(2) respectively.The elongation at break first increases and then decreases with the increase of the amount of antistatic agent.The surface resistivity and volume resistivity both decrease with the increase of the amount of antistatic agent.The surface resistivity and volume resistivity reach the lowest values,which are 8.0×10^(7)Ωand 9.2×10^(8)Ω·cm respectively,when the dosage of antistatic agent reach 25%.The melt flow rate of PS-HI composites increase with the increase of antistatic agent,it is 8.44 g/10 min increased by 74.4%when the dosage of antistatic agent is 25%.The crystallization temperature does not change with the addition of antistatic agent.
